LM SeniorCare is a independently owned and operated provider of Non-medical home care and wellness services proudly serving the East Texas Community.

 

It is a fact that the American population is aging and there has been an increase  of people over the age of 85.  The U.S. Bureau of Census estimates that the population of  Americans 85 years of age and older will increase by 33.2 % between the years 2000-2010.  Of those population it is estimated that 6.5 million senior adults will require some form of assistance with daily activities.  This figure will double (13.0% million) by the year 2020.    The purpose of LM SeniorCare is to two-fold :1) to assist senior adults who want to remain at home, or in health care settings to live independent lives , 2) to provide support to  nursing homes, assisted living communities, adult day care facilities, rehabilitation homes, Alzheimer's (Memory Care) facilities and to the individual caregiver to provide the best care for their aged loved one.

 

 LM SeniorCare's vision is to empower senior adults to live enhanced independent lives while meeting their basic need for physical, social, psychosocial, and spiritual contact.

 

Our philosophy of service is based on Matthew 25:36 "I was naked and you clothed me, I was sick and you visited with help and ministering care, I was in prison and you came to see me". LM SeniorCare is desiged to provide affordable, quality, compassinate,and loving services. We believe that life is about quality as much and quanity.

 

Coach Lorie has 20+ years providing direct care services to the adult care community and she uses both working knowledge and wisdom providing care to the geriatric community. She has had training as a Certified Nursing Assistant, Activity Director, Medication Technician, and Training as an Assisted Living Administrator in order to provide you with the strategies necessary to navigate the twist and turns, the ups and downs, and find direction in a path that you want to follow.
